Salesforce Developer (Remote – LATAM)

You'll drive impact by developing high-performance Salesforce solutions, improving system reliability, and enabling our teams to operate efficiently at scale. Your work will directly support our growth while reinforcing our commitment to service, integrity, and results.

This role reports to the Salesforce Engineering Manager and contributes to our core Salesforce and platform engineering initiatives.

• Code Quality & System Reliability – Low defect rates, high unit test coverage, and stable platform performance
• Feature Delivery – Consistent, predictable delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions
• Cross-Functional Impact – Strong collaboration with Product, QA, and Engineering partners

What You've Done Before:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proven success delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in production environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Background in fintech, lending, or MCA platforms is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

Tools and Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, Git, and deployment best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (APIs, web services)
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps is a plus
