Guest Relations Team Member - $18.81/hr

Responsibilities Directly responsible for assisting guests with day-to-day operations in Guest Relations, Lost & Found, the Ride Information Center, and Ticket Will Call. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, addressing comments and concerns, providing accessibility accommodations for rides and attractions, answering phone lines, and managing lost and found reports. Guest Relations staff are empowered to resolve guest issues and ensure the delivery of world-class guest service. As the face of the park, this role requires excellent communication skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and above-average verbal and written abilities. Six Flags park knowledge is a plus! Qualifications Skills and Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of park policies and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency with computers and phone systems Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Constantly walking, sitting, standing, talking, hearing conversation and acuity, seeing near and far, depth perception, color vision, grasping and using finger movement Frequently working in temperature change, extreme cold, heat, sun, wetness, humidity, and heights Must be able to lift up to 51 lbs; assistance from a co-worker or mechanical device may be requested as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances Overtime may be required for adult employees based on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Canada's Wonderland
