Senior Manager- Strategic Pricing

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategies across its Medication Management Solutions portfolio. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, establish pricing governance, and build a multi-year strategic roadmap that strengthens competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies across products, solutions, and strategic customer segments
Lead the creation and implementation of a 3-5 year strategic pricing roadmap aligned with growth ambitions and market evolution
Partner with Sales and commercial leaders on pricing for large, complex IDN and GPO opportunities
Establish and oversee pricing governance, approval thresholds, and exception management processes
Analyze pricing performance and commercial data to identify opportunities and drive margin expansion

Requirements

7+ years in strategic pricing, sales operations, commercial operations, or related commercial roles
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance; MBA preferred
Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare market, IDNs, GPOs, and complex enterprise sales
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex opportunities and translate data into commercial recommendations
Strong financial acumen with experience building pricing models and business cases
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication skills
Ability to influence decisions across multiple functions and leadership levels
