Pop - Up Events Ambassador (Sales Team)

The Opportunity As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, and promotional activations throughout the Miami area. You'll interact directly with customers, promote client campaigns, and help create positive, memorable brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop valuable communication and customer engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face campaigns and promotional events. Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences. Build rapport and identify customer interests and needs. Explain products, services, promotions, and campaign initiatives clearly and confidently. Assist with customer acquisitions, registrations, sales, or fundraising campaigns where applicable. Support customer engagement activities and promotional initiatives. Gather customer feedback to help improve campaign performance. Record daily campaign activity and results accurately. Work collaboratively with teammates to support campaign objectives. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Confidence speaking with new people each day. Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, or business. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
