AI Solutions Manager

The AI Solutions Manager is a hands-on 'builder' role focused on developing and operationalizing AI-powered solutions. This is not a traditional people management role but rather an individual contributor responsible for implementation and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement LLM-powered workflows using tools such as Copilot and Claude
• Develop no-code/low-code automation solutions using Power Automate, Zapier, and Make
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI outputs
• Integrate systems using APIs
• Partner with business and IT teams to translate needs into AI-driven solutions
• Act as a bridge between operations and IT (consultative role)

Team Structure & Environment:

• Part of a newly forming AI transformation team
• Will report into operations, not IT
• No direct reports (focus is on process + execution, not people management)
• Works alongside a separate IT team responsible for core technical builds
