Additionally, as needed, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed medical provider, perform clinical functions within the scope of practice, including, but not limited to: immunizations, performance of vital signs, hearing and vision screening, and medication dispensing.Education: Graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program.License/Certifications: Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse license.Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program.Experience: One-Two (1-2) years of LVN experience preferredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrate a commitment and passion for working with underserved patient populations.Demonstrates the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluentlyTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
