About the Position

Job Title: Radiology Technician Profession: Radiology Technician Specialty: Radiology Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Preferred NJ ARRT license Certifications: Certification in fluoroscopy Must-Have: - C-Arm Machine experience - Cath Lab experience Description: Must know how to work the C-Arm Machine. Routine lead maintenance required. Must be certified in working fluoroscopy. Assist in Cath Procedures and PCIs. Knowledge of inserting Impella and balloon pump devices is essential. Scrub IR procedures including Nephrostomy Tube Insertion, PICC insertion, Permacath Insertion, Pacemaker Insertion, and Cerebral Thrombectomy is expected. Radiology Technician should encompass the skills of RCIS. Call coverage is required for 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes of a page. Minimum of 9 shifts a month is required.
