• Patient Encounters: 15 expected per shift
• Admissions: 1-2 per shift
• Average Patients Seen: 6-8
• Phone Consults: 6-8, with 1-2 requiring immediate attention
• Rounding: Required on assigned patients
• Hospital Privileges: Necessary
