Online Coordinator - Entry Level, Fashion Retail

Thread + Seed is a growing San Diego women’s boutique with three locations and an expanding e-commerce presence. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-comfortable Online Coordinator to keep our online operation running smoothly while pitching in on the floor when needed. This role reports to our Merchandise Manager and E-Commerce + Client Relations Manager

What you’ll do:

\n

\n

Process and fulfill online orders accurately and on time

\n

• Enter and manage products in our system, including basic product entry and tagging

\n

• Use AI tools to draft and refine product descriptions

\n

• Perform basic product image edits for a clean, on-brand look

\n

• Check in, process, and organize incoming shipments

\n

• Package orders with care and attention to presentation

\n

• Keep store supplies, products, and inventory stocked and organized

\n

• Support the retail team as needed — ringing up sales, running the POS/register, and assisting customers on the floor

\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n

• Basic experience with stocking and data entry

\n

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

\n

• Comfortable learning new software and working with AI tools

\n

• Reliable, self-directed, and able to juggle online tasks alongside in-store support

\n

• A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed

\n

• Experience with Shopify a plus

\n

• Retail or e-commerce experience a plus

\n
