Remittance Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Shift 2nd, Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm Job Duties Supervise a non-exempt operational group and oversee overall team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives. Actively build respect among subordinates through daily interaction, promote teamwork, harmony, and productivity across all areas of the operation. Improve team members’ skills and provide hands‑on support to achieve goals. Follow established processes, set and meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage time and organizational resources to achieve operational goals. Communicate verbally and in writing to ensure all team members have a consistent understanding of expectations. Manage performance and ongoing development of direct reports through coaching, counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback. Basic Qualification High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of operations management experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance. Experience in operations management, preferably in payment processing. Additional Basic Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
