This payments product professional will focus on products throughout the lifecycle of card acquiring, especially interchange and settlement. They will focus on building new products and features to optimize card payments, accelerate money movement and delivery, and otherwise improve payment outcomes. They will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from strategy to definition to commercial delivery.What You Will Do:Defining the product strategy and requirements for new capabilities within the card acquiring and processing space, including interchange, card settlement, and merchant fundingInterface with clients, sales and account teams, payment networks, and other product teams to understand key product requirementsDefine detailed product requirements for new features across the end-to-end experience for the payments lifecycle, including integration, boarding, processing, billing, reporting, and servicingPartner closely with technology teams across the build lifecycle to successfully deliverWork across stakeholder groups (operations, compliance, settlement, finance) around the world (e.g., North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) to achieve the desired outcomesResponsible for ongoing product documentation, including roadmap, management updates, and go-to-market documentation for target clientsFollow industry standard product delivery methodologiesWhat You Need to Have:5+ years of experience in Product Management or Payment ConsultingProduct management experience in the merchant acquiring or card network industryDemonstrated experience delivering card payment products or featuresWhat Is Nice to Have:Experience working across global teams and cultures (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC)Experience working with clients, especially mid-sized, large national, or global corporationsExperience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar toolsVisa Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range$100,000.00 - $162,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
