- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and repair of our facility's building, grounds, and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and courteous manner
- Collaborate with our facilities team to plan and implement maintenance projects and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
