About This Role The Nightingale RN position at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry Units. Highlights Pay: $43.00/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Fairview Hospital Department/Unit: Med/Surg and Telemetry Units Schedule: Part-time, Days What You'll Do Assess patients; complete nursing assessments and document findings. Establish care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Coordinate ongoing care and facilitate discharge planning. Provide telephone triage and participate in call rotations. Perform nursing procedures and treatments as directed by physicians. Evaluate and maintain standards of care consistent with CCHS policies. Assist with specialized patient care equipment as required. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Direct and supervise nursing care provided to patients. Serve as charge nurse when assigned to ensure efficient operations.
