Entry Level Management Position

This entry level management position focuses on supporting the day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations, which includes Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS, and Concierge/Guest Services. The position assists in working with employees to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures and to maintain the property's cleanliness standards. The role strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and achieve the operating budget.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with three years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional areas. Alternatively, a two-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with one year of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional areas is required.

Core work activities include supporting the management of rooms operations, contributing information to support managing to budget, and providing for and managing the guest experience.
