Property Leasing Specialist: Resident Experience & Sales

New Aspen Management is looking for a Leasing Consultant in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Consultant will be responsible for greeting prospective residents, presenting property features, and securing lease agreements. The role requires maintaining a professional atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness, and handling resident communications. The ideal candidate will have good leasing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week, including weekends and holidays.
