IT Support Technician

We're seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.

What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1-3 support for devices, software, and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage service tickets and meet SLAs
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD
• Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding
• Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
• Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance
• Document issues and escalate when needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Azure, Intune, or SCCM
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR)
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft)

• Mix of onsite and remote support
• Occasional after-hours or on-call work
