Immediate need for a talented IVR PM or QA Manager . This is a 06-12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Onsite) . Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project plans, drive milestones, and provide daily direction to technical resources. Agile/Scrum: Act as Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies and ensure steady delivery flow. Planning: Lead project and capacity planning to optimize resource allocation. Communication: Establish reporting cadences for stakeholders and prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets. Change Management: Navigate project shifts effectively to maintain alignment with business goals. Technical & Professional Skills Tools: Expert proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Expertise: Deep understanding of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technical landscape and PMO standards.
