Role summary: Responsible for gathering, documenting, and ultimately getting approval for business requirements, functional/non-functional requirements, and use cases.
Must Haves – Skills / Technologies & percentage of time:
- Network management systems
- Service assurance - in the areas of fault, problem, performance, and test management
What project are they working on (or what is the end result of the effort they are working on)?
Nice to Have – Skills / Technologies & percentage of time:
- Cable optical and cyber networks
- Performance and test management products
- Network services – telecom or enterprise
How many years of experience?
Education/Certifications (Required): 5-8 years of experience
Top 3 Duties and percentage of time:
- Conducting workshops with users
- Gathering requirements
- Conveying requirements to technical teams – converting requirements to technical solutions
Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users?: Yes, this is client-facing. Strong communications skills needed
