Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through their experience Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist customers with product recommendations, answering questions about store merchandise, and offering personalized recommendations Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, resolving issues promptly and courteously Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail environment is clean, inviting, and well-merchandised Conduct retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, or inventory counts accurately Craft and wrap our decorated cakes.
