Automated Health Systems is seeking an IT Specialist to support technology infrastructure, system operations, and IT initiatives.

This is an onsite position at 9370 McKnight Road, McCandless Township.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support system infrastructure and operations
• Coordinate IT activities and oversee technical support
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with internal and external technology teams
• Support installation and maintenance of systems and software
• Ensure secure transmission and management of data
• Prepare reports on system performance
• Assist with technology improvements and IT projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 3+ years of IT management or systems support experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills
• Experience with system infrastructure and integrations preferred
