Join a large-scale endpoint deployment team supporting enterprise device refresh and modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop support and imaging experience who enjoys hands-on work with SCCM/MECM, Windows 10/11, and enterprise hardware deployments.

• Image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops
• Support device refresh and migration projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and deployment issues
• Manage tickets, assets, and documentation in ServiceNow
• Deploy and support printers, monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals
• Partner with IT teams to maintain endpoint standards and security

• 3+ years of desktop support, imaging, or deployment experience
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and ServiceNow
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
