Workday HRIS & People Analytics Lead

DaBella, an Austin-based company, seeks a Manager, HRIS and People Analytics to own Workday and related systems on-site in Austin. You will lead configuration, reporting, automation, and data integrity to support HR, payroll, recruiting, and finance. Responsibilities include hands-on Workday configuration, process optimization, and partnering with IT and business leaders to improve functionality and the employee experience.
