We are seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Brand Representative to help strengthen our relationships with local physician offices and expand awareness of our services within the medical community. Position Overview The Brand Representative serves as the face of Total Physical Therapy within the physician community. This individual will visit medical practices throughout Long Island to build relationships with office staff, maintain a consistent presence, and coordinate physician lunch-and-learn meetings that introduce providers to our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate interested in healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, or healthcare administration. Primary Responsibilities Visit assigned physician offices on a regular schedule. Introduce Total Physical Therapy to physicians and office staff in a friendly and professional manner. Deliver branded marketing materials including: Referral script pads Pens Business cards Brochures Educational materials Other promotional collateral Develop positive relationships with front desk staff, office managers, referral coordinators, and physicians. Coordinate lunch meetings between physician offices and Total Physical Therapy's senior therapists or practice partners. Secure commitment from physician offices for lunch presentations. Communicate scheduled lunches and meetings to the Total Physical Therapy physician referral program team for execution. Maintain accurate records of physician office visits, contacts, and follow-up activities. Identify new physician offices and referral opportunities within assigned territories. Represent the Total Physical Therapy brand professionally at all times. Provide feedback to management regarding physician office needs, referral trends, and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or currently completing degree) in: Marketing Sales Healthcare Administration Hospital Administration Business Administration Public Health Communications Healthcare Management Or a related field Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable initiating conversations with medical professionals and office staff. Professional appearance and demeanor. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable traveling throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM or spreadsheet tracking preferred. Follow up on previously visited offices. Track activity and submit weekly visit reports. Attend occasional team meetings and planning sessions. Success in This Role A successful Brand Representative will: Establish strong relationships with physician office staff. Consistently schedule physician lunch presentations. Increase awareness of Total Physical Therapy throughout the local medical community. Help generate new patient referral opportunities by supporting long-term physician relationships. Represent Total Physical Therapy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
