We’re looking for a Floor Manager in the Sales Department who thrives in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and wants to lead a team that sells freedom, not just motorcycles.The Floor Manager is responsible for managing the sales floor, assisting the sales team with closing deals, presenting F&I (Finance and Insurance) products when needed, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.This role involves a commitment to coaching sales associates, supporting negotiations, and maintaining Harley-Davidson brand standards.
