What You'll Lead

As Jeep Sales Manager, you'll:

• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Lead daily sales meetings and performance coaching
• Drive appointment conversion and showroom success
• Desk and structure deals
• Help recruit, train, and mentor future leaders
• Maintain accountability and process consistency
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

• Automotive sales management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent desking and closing ability
• Process-driven management style
• Outstanding communication skills
• High integrity
• A competitive mindset
• Passion for developing people

Jeep, CDJR, or other franchise experience is preferred but not required.

Leadership ability matters most.
