A highly respected chiropractic and rehabilitation center in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team. This temp-to-hire role is your gateway to long-term career success in a rewarding and patient-focused environment!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (includes a 1.5-2-hour midday break)

Pay Rate: $14 - $15 per hour, depending on experience

Daily Tasks:

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
Process payments and verify insurance coverage
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and office environment
Assist the chiropractor with basic patient care when needed
Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the clinic's commitment to wellness

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of related experience
Must be bilingual (English /Spanish)
Dependable and hardworking
Quick learner with strong multitasking skills
Outgoing personality with great communication skills
Passion for helping others and providing excellent patient care
Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required
