LPN Weekend Position at Allaire Rehab and Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Weekend team at Allaire Rehab and Nursing. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients with complex medical needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in staff development and education to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional weekdays as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
