Operations Accountant

What You'll Do Prepare and process customer invoices and payments Manage vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory balances Investigate and resolve billing, AP, and inventory discrepancies Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting Help improve accounting processes and internal controls Take on additional general accounting responsibilities as your experience develops What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Experience with billing, AP, inventory, or general accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems Accounting or Finance degree preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
