AR Billing Specialist

AR Billing Specialist Location: Cumming, GA (On-Site) Up to $55,000 + Benefits Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AR Billing Specialist to join their growing team in Cumming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities in a stable, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in accounts receivable, contract billing, reconciliations, and month-end close while working with a collaborative team. Responsibilities Review, process, and post customer invoices accurately Perform daily accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording payments Process contract billing and maintain customer contract files Perform monthly billing and account reconciliations Research and resolve invoice discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities Prepare reports and account analyses Recommend and participate in process improvements Complete other accounting and administrative projects as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or Billing experience High school diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Sick Time Stable, long-term opportunity Friendly, team-oriented work environment If you're looking for a great opportunity with a well-established company that values teamwork, accuracy, and a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr NorthPoint Search Group
