Packaging Operations Operator 1
MILLENNIUMSOFT
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet production targets efficiently and with high quality
- Organize individual schedules to meet departmental goals
- Follow instructions on routine and new tasks
- Assist with storing, retrieving, and staging packaging materials
- Operate equipment to produce printed literature and labels
- Support LDMS and daily startup meetings
- Input packaging data in SAP or other production systems
- Follow department guidelines and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Must be familiar with pipetting and bottling (not just packaging)
- Background in bioscience or pharmaceutical field preferred
- Proficiency with pipettes and bottling equipment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn new tasks and methods quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independent
- High school diploma or GED (mandatory)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
