Description

Job Description Perform all aspects of accounting work, recording transactions, reconciling and other tasks. We are searching for an experienced accountant that has worked in a mid to large size company with corporate experience. You'll need to be a great communicator and possess the knowledge to get the job done. You will represent Prisma every day with a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities:

• Complete complex reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close process
• Generate and record journal entries
• Work with A/P on issues of weekly vendor checks
• Review A/P backup documentation for signature
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in AR Collections
• Daily Cash Application
• Assist with annual audit
• Maintain Fixed Assets
• Streamline accounting processes and procedures

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• A minimum of 5-8+ years' experience in accounting is required in a mid to large size company
• A high proficiency in Excel, including working with and troubleshooting macros required
• Experience with accounting software systems
• Must have good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must possess a high attention to detail and be a proven multi-tasker
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable.
