What You’ll Do :

• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and improve financial reporting and close processes
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation 
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validate financial data, and support system implementations
• Investigate data quality issues, reconcile financial information, and identify process improvements
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, auditors, and business leaders to deliver accurate, compliant financial solutions

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance or Accounting organizations
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT
• Strong SQL, Excel, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
