IT Program Manager - Verdantas

Key Responsibilities Define and drive program scope, timelines, and deliverables for multi‑disciplinary engineering and digital modeling projects. Apply Agile and hybrid project management frameworks to coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability goals. Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation, tracking performance against KPIs and adjusting plans as needed. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, implementing contingency strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, delivering regular status reports and executive briefings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in environmental consulting, civil infrastructure, or energy transformation. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Strong analytical and financial skills, with a track record of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
