What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Hilal Grill, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and satisfies our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Assisting with food prep and ensuring ingredients are fresh and ready to use.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
