Wellness Coordinator

The Joint Chiropractic Grand Junction Rimrock is looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing position where great service, relationship building, and sales go hand in hand. You will be one of the first people our patients see when they walk through the doorand one of the most important people in determining whether they become a long-term member of our chiropractic family.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN DO MORE THAN ANSWER A PHONE. We need someone who can: Welcome. Connect. Educate. Sell. Retain.

You should genuinely enjoy talking with people and have the confidence to explain why routine chiropractic care can be valuable to them. You don't have to be a "hard closer." In fact, we don't want one. We want someone who can listen to a patient's needs, understand their goals, explain their options, overcome concerns, and confidently ask them to take the next step.

When a patient says, "I'm going to think about it," you're comfortable having the conversation that helps them understand what they're actually deciding. When someone comes in for their first adjustment, you're thinking beyond today's visit. You're thinking about how we can help that person make chiropractic care part of their lifestyle.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS The Wellness Coordinator is a critical part of our clinic. You'll help create the experience that keeps patients coming back and help introduce new patients to the benefits of routine chiropractic care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greet every patient and create an exceptional first impression
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Build genuine relationships with patients and learn their names, goals, and needs
• Explain chiropractic services, wellness plans, memberships, and packages
• Confidently present and sell wellness plans and care packages
• Ask for the sale and follow up when patients aren't ready to commit
• Work toward individual and clinic sales and conversion goals
• Educate patients about the value of routine chiropractic care
• Help convert new patients into long-term wellness members
• Identify opportunities to introduce existing patients to additional services or plans
• Re-engage inactive patients and encourage them to return
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling and patient questions
• Maintain accurate patient information and transactions
• Assist with marketing, promotions, community outreach, and patient referral efforts
• Help keep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and welcoming
• Work closely with the chiropractors and clinic team
• Help create an environment patients actually enjoy coming back to

SALES IS PART OF THE JOB. Let's be clear about something: This is a sales position. We believe selling isn't about pressuring someone into something they don't need. It's about helping people understand their options and confidently recommending the service that can help them reach their goals. If you're uncomfortable asking for the sale, this probably isn't the right position. THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MATTERS JUST AS MUCH. Sales without great service doesn't work. We want patients to walk into our clinic and feel: "These people know me." "They care about me." "They make this easy." "I want to come back." You'll be responsible for helping create that experience every day. That means being positive when the clinic is busy, staying calm when things get hectic, communicating clearly, and treating every patient with professionalism and respect.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS: Sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, membership sales, customer service, insurance, banking, or other relationship-based positions are all valuable. Chiropractic experience is not required. We can teach you our systems. What we can't teach as easily is personality, work ethic, confidence, and the desire to succeed.
