The Mission: Strategic Growth & Consultative Excellence As the face of Setpoint, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering and client needs, delivering tailored Building Automation Systems (BAS) that improve efficiency and life safety. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Velocity: Implement aggressive sales initiatives to expand our client base and dominate the regional market Master Consultative Selling: Act as a technical advisor, deeply analyzing client facilities to propose customized, energy-saving BAS solutions Relationship Architecture: Cultivate a powerful network of contractors, facility owners, and consulting engineers to ensure Setpoint is the first name called for new projects Process Excellence: Utilize our proven sales framework and CRM tools to maintain peak operational efficiency and forecast accuracy Collaborative Handoff: Partner with our Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the "winning vision" you sell is executed flawlessly in the field Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of IoT and smart building trends to position Setpoint as the innovative leader in the industry Who You Are: The Motivated Closer We are looking for individuals who don't just wait for leads—they create them.
