We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool for a 26-week contract in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The RN will provide specialized critical care nursing to pediatric and neonatal patients while floating between PICU, CVICU, and NICU based on clinical and staffing needs.

This assignment may require travel between locations in Phoenix, Glendale, Avondale, and Gilbert. Both day and night shifts are available, with the final shift determined during the interview.

• Provide evidence-based critical care nursing to pediatric and neonatal patients according to age, condition, and individualized plans of care.

• Assess patient conditions, monitor clinical changes, and implement appropriate interventions in high-acuity critical care environments.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families to coordinate safe and effective care.

• Float between PICU, CVICU, and NICU units and assigned locations based on staffing and patient care needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while supporting patient safety, family-centered care, and established regulatory and nursing practice standards.

• Minimum 2 Years of Recent Registered Nurse Experience in Pediatric Critical Care Required; Level III or IV NICU and Children's Hospital Experience Preferred.

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License or Compact RN License With Multistate Privileges Required Prior to Start.

• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Required.

• Current American Heart Association PALS Certification and Advanced NRP Certification Required.

• ADN, BSN, or Diploma in Nursing Required; Ability to Float Between PICU, CVICU, NICU, and Multiple Assigned Locations Required.
