Sales Coordinator

Job Details: Job Location: Sandston, VA 23150, Position Type: Part Time, Position Summary The Part-Time Sales Coordinator is a highly organized, Customer- focused professional responsible for supporting the Dual Director of Sales by providing administrative assistance, ensuring seamless coordination of groups, events & corporate and transient business. Schedule Part-time, 20–30 hours per week; flexible weekday schedule; occasional attendance at client events, hotel functions, or site tours as needed. Essential Responsibilities Assist with proposals, contracts, and sales correspondence, Group Resumes, and BEOs. Respond to sales inquiries and maintain client records. Coordinate rooming lists, group reservations, and event details. Serve as a contact for clients before, during, and after their stay. Maintain organized sales files and support marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Previous hotel, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, organization, and Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Marriott systems, STAY PMS, FOSSE, Tripleseat is plus. Desired Characteristics Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
