Job Title: Warehouse Receiver / Stock Picker Operator

Pay Rate: $19

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to support daily operations by unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming products. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually unload products from trailers into the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner
• Verify product quantity and description against receiving documentation to ensure accuracy
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage; reject and properly document any defective items through established procedures
• Label products accurately for inventory tracking and storage
• Safely load products onto a stock picker and transport them to designated storage locations
• Place inventory accurately in assigned rack locations within the warehouse
• Utilize RF scanning equipment and handheld devices to scan product and location barcodes in the inventory system
• Distribute supplies and non-warehouse items to appropriate departments or personnel as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate warehouse equipment, including stock pickers
• Basic experience with receiving or warehouse operations preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift

Experience Level:

• Open to entry-level candidates; warehouse experience is a plus but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swansea, MA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
