Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks an experienced and highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Team. The main responsibilities of this role are: Managing customer accounts, following up with customers, and providing troubleshooting assistance for customer‑related issues. Reaching daily goals of outbound sales activities. Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads, and providing data to the Sales Team. Developing and monitoring performance indicators. Managing the Sales database. Assisting with customer visits and providing outside sales support as needed. This is a broad overview, but we can get into the details as we get to know each other.
