Quality Technician (Richmond, VA) Reference code: 21102 We are searching for a Quality Technician to join our quality management team in Richmond, VA. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the production team to ensure that our products meet all quality standards, including ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests, document any defects or issues found, and correct them. Monitor the production process to identify any deviations from quality standards and suggest improvements. Provide training to production staff on quality measures and proper equipment usage. Support quality audits and compile reports on quality and process-related issues. Manage time and projects using personal skills and software. Collaborate with other employees to create the best solutions. Work with the Production team to ensure solutions are tested and completed correctly. Qualifications Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent. Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects. Ability to communicate effectively, present, and influence credibly at all levels. Able to investigate root causes and suggest workable solutions. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience with inspection tools, hand tools, and equipment. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
