Maintenance Technician Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and keeping everything operational for second shift. Key Responsibilities Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety‑first culture Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical maintenance and efficiency Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Qualifications Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and quality standards Requirements Perform electrical maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions and failures Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and related equipment Work collaboratively with team members and other departments Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Document maintenance activities and report issues timely Second shift M‑TH Benefits The AmeriLux benefits package includes a nationally award winning zero‑dollar deductible healthcare plan created to ensure peace of mind and comprehensive care for all A‑Team family members.
