WATER RESTORATION TECHNICIAN – DRY FORCE CORP Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Technician for both first and second shift in Irving, Texas. As a Water Restoration Technician, you will remove, replace, and repair water‑damaged materials and address any related issues. Our technicians serve as the face of our organization and the first point of contact for clients after a traumatic event. Excellent customer service and a willingness to help others are essential to this role. Responsibilities Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials. Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property. Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services. Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of. Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers. Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image. Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies. Document drying progress using a phone or tablet. Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license. Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays. IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred. 1–2 years of structural restoration experience preferred. 2–4 years of construction experience preferred. 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
