Testing Manager

Reporting to: Quality Manager Responsibilities In this role, you will support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Oversee all testing activities for power systems including switchgear, circuit breakers, protective relays, and electrical distribution equipment. Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, ensuring professional execution and customer satisfaction. Ensure 100% completion of testing processes according to established procedures and schedules. Lead, supervise, and develop a team of electrical testers and test technicians. Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity and quality standards. Act as the primary authority for electrical safety in all testing operations. Collaborate with Manufacturing to align testing with production schedules. The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Mebane, NC. Qualifications Associate Degree required. 7+ years of manufacturing or field experience. Experience in electrical power systems preferred. Must already have authorization to work in the US.
