Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager supports the daily operations of a commercial property by ensuring exceptional tenant service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting with the overall management and financial performance of the asset. This role requires a background in Class A office Assistant Property Management , a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate vendors, support property operations, manage administrative responsibilities, and contribute to maintaining a high-quality tenant experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and demonstrates strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Candidate must have Class A office experience. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive tenant relationships through responsive customer service and communication Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, events, and engagement initiatives Conduct property inspections and assist with preventative maintenance and risk management efforts Support vendor management, service contracts, bid processes, and property operations Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, invoice approvals, and operating expense reconciliations Support leasing operations, lease administration, vacant space preparation, and property tours Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software, and electronic file systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrates professionalism, urgency, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Mgaaonline
