Tax Collections Specialist - High-Volume Calls

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Collector in Chicago, IL, responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to recover outstanding balances. This role involves 100-150 calls per day, requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
