Production Associate

CEC is seeking dependable, motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to learn. Previous electrical, apprenticeship, or manufacturing experience is not required—CEC will provide the necessary training.ScheduleMonday through Friday6:00 AM–2:30 PMOvertime and weekend work may be required based on production needsJob ResponsibilitiesFollow basic work instructions and established production proceduresMeasure, cut, and assemble materialsOperate basic hand tools safely and correctlyPerform basic math and measurementsComplete hands-on production and assembly workMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructionsWear required personal protective equipment at all timesAssist with additional production duties as assignedCandidate QualificationsDependable, punctual, and ready to workWilling to learn and participate in company-provided trainingAble to remain on your feet for most of the workdayComfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environmentAble to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredElectrical or apprenticeship experience is not requiredTraining and EquipmentCEC provides:Required internal job trainingOSHA 10/30 training, if requiredForklift and scissor-lift training, if requiredBasic personal protective equipmentCompany tools needed to perform the jobEmployees are responsible for providing and wearing their own work boots.Work Environment and SafetySafety is our top priority.
