Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Absatzplanung / Demand Planning

Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Absatzplanung / Demand Planning Aufgaben mit hohem Anspruch Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktion, Logistik und Einkauf sowie Bereitstellung von Datenanalysen und Forecasts als Entscheidungsgrundlage, insbesondere im Demand-Planning Sicherstellung einer dauerhaften Lieferfähigkeit der verantworteten Artikel in Zusammenarbeit mit den unternehmenseigenen Produktionswerken sowie externen Lieferanten Planung und Optimierung von Beständen Erhebung von Kennzahlen im Supply-Chain-Umfeld (SCM KPI’s), wie z.B. Rückstandslisten, Bestandsanalysen, Kapazitätsauslastung der Produktion, Forecasts an Lieferanten und Dienstleister, sowie Erstellung der monatlichen Außenhandelsstatistiken Durchführung von Forecast‑Analysen sowie Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen Mitarbeit im S&OP-Prozess sowie Verbesserungen von Supply-Chain-Prozessen Ansprechpartner für den Zoll und externen Zolldienstleistern Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen und Auslaufsteuerungen Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei Zertifizierungs‑Audits Für Menschen mit vielen Qualitäten Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Praktische Erfahrung in der Absatzplanung oder Supply Chain erforderlich Gute Kenntnisse in SAP (S/4HANA, IBP oder APO) oder vergleichbaren Systemen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Power BI Gute analytische Fähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Zahlen- und IT‑Affinität Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Zuverlässigkeit, Commitment, hohes Engagement , Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten 30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr, persönliches Arbeitszeitkonto, Sonderurlaub für außergewöhnliche Lebensereignisse sowie Urlaubsgeld und tarifliche Jahressonderzahlung Betriebliche Altersvorsorge mit attraktivem Arbeitgeberbeitrag sowie Zuschuss zur Entgeltumwandlung Tagesessenzuschuss JobRad Leasing und Zuschuss zum EGYM Wellpass Attraktive Mitarbeiterrabatte auf z.B.
