Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP as the sole Accounts payable person for a growing, multi-entity organization. This role will serve as the primary AP resource, supporting several companies across multiple states and playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate vendor and tax payments. This position is working fully in office. Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple companies
• Handle intercompany AP transactions
• Manage weekly expense reports (approx. 50 per week)
• Process and submit quarterly income tax payments accurately through online portals
• Reconcile AP activity and resolve discrepancies
• Support credit card transactions and reconciliation
• Assist with AP-related system automation initiatives
• Perform light clerical and administrative tasks

You Are A Great Fit If:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Experience handling multi-entity and intercompany AP
• Strong attention to detail, especially with tax and online payments
• Great Plains experience a plus
