theLender is hiring entry-level Mortgage Sales Trainees to join our sales team in Lake Forest.

No Mortgage Experience. No Problem.

You don't need to know the mortgage business.

You don't need a finance degree.

You don't need years of sales experience.

We'll teach you.

You'll receive 10 days of paid training , followed by hands-on coaching and mentoring from experienced sales professionals.

Your job is to learn the business, build relationships with mortgage brokers, create opportunities, and develop the sales skills that can take you into an Account Executive career.

What Does the Job Look Like?

A lot of talking. A lot of learning. A lot of opportunity.

You'll:

• Talk with mortgage brokers by phone
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound opportunities
• Introduce brokers to our mortgage products
• Build professional relationships
• Follow up and develop your pipeline
• Identify new business opportunities
• Learn mortgage products, pricing and guidelines
• Track your activity and results
• Work toward daily and monthly goals
• Learn from experienced Account Executives
